Aaron Wickesberg, CPM® serves as President and Founder of Reliant Real Estate Services. Mr. Wickesberg has extensive knowledge in commercial and residential property management including experience in affordable housing and tax credit programs.
Prior to founding Reliant Real Estate Services, Wickesberg served as a Business Development Coordinator for an Eau Claire based property management company. While there, he was responsible for implementing business growth strategies for third-party asset management. Before moving to Western Wisconsin, Wickesberg served as a Regional Supervisor of a Milwaukee based property management company.
Wickesberg is a summa cum laude graduate of Viterbo University with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in management and minoring in accounting. Wickesberg is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
In 2008, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) awarded Wickesberg with the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. Real estate professionals who receive the CPM® designation meet education, experience, and credentialing requirements set forth by IREM®.
